The Embassy provides the following consular services.
Attestation of Documents:
Fees for consular attestations (Fees as per the decision of the Government of Nepal, Council of Ministers, dated 2075-3-15, adjusted to the local currency):
1. Welfare services (Recommendations for organ transplantation, search, rescue and repatriation of dead body and compensation for the injured or dead): free of charge
2. Letter of consent, guarantee letter, employment or service contract, driving license, birth/death/divorce/marriage or relationship related certificate, To Whom It May Concern and similar documents: 270 Riais
3· Academic certificates and documents related to study: 85 Riais
4. Documents issued by bank and financial institution, Migration Certificate, Police Clearance Certificate, Medical Report, Affidavit, Letter of Origin and, similar documents: 540 Riais
5. Power of Attorney: For transferring immovable property into family members within three generations: 20 Riais; for transferring immovable property to others: 200 Riais; for applications related to the Civil Code (Procedural), Article (153.2): 20 Riais
6. Demand Letter for Nepali migrant workers: Up to 25 employees: 1620, 26 – 100 employees: 1890, 101 and above: 2160 Riais
Applying for Police Clearance Certificate
Please visit this link https://opcr.nepalpolice.gov.np/ for procedure necessary for a Police Clearance Certificate
For verification of the Police Clearance Certificate from this Embassy:
After receiving the police clearance certificate, please email to the embaixadanepal@gmail.com the colour copy of the Certificate. The fee for the verification of the Police Clearance Certificate is 540 Reais. You have to add postal charge, if needed. If you live in Chile and need the document counter-signed by the Chilean Embassy, please add additional 65 Reais.
